Single Use Carrier Bags Charge (Wales) Regulations 2010 - record for the
period 1 October 2011 to 6 April 2012

Farmfoods supplied 862,917 single use carrier bags from our Welsh stores in the period
from 1 October 2011 to 6 April 2012 at a charge of 5p per bag.

Net proceeds amounted to £30,454.88 after deduction of Vat and compliance
costs.

Farmfoods continues to support local charities and sports throughout the UK. The
profits from the sale of carriers will be applied both to this and investment in green
technologies within the business.
